AN UPDATE to our Opening Night Gala 2010 contest of last week!
Joni Reeves, one of the winners who received two tickets to the Gala, sent us the following note this morning:
"What a fabulous experience to see Mr. Perlman perform! It was truly a beautiful evening. The stage was set with magnificent floral arrangements, ivy and soft candlelights awaiting the crown jewel. Mr. Perlman walked across stage to a standing ovation. The theatre was filled to capacity but not a voice was heard as the sound of music filled the air. Mr. Perlman delighted us all as we sat in appreciation of his talent. It was quite a treat and a memory that we shall always treasure! The ISO was very generous to offer the contest for the two tickets. I wish that everyone who entered could have won and feel that we are very blessed to have won the contest. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!"
